Let’s first define what an Expatriate is. An Expatriate is basically an outsider who travels from all the way from their homeland to another city or country as an immigrant in search of jobs. This person is temporarily living in that area for the purpose of earning. The word Expatriate is originated from Latin. Now a question to ponder about is why do these people choose UAE? What is so fascinating and the pulling factor towards UAE? What is so special in this emirate that attracts people from all over the world? The biggest reason for moving to UAE is because it is one of the largest and finest countries which welcome people from across the world. They have many employment opportunities for ethnic minorities and this society is known for their liberalism. The open minded environment of this country is the basic attraction for the expatriates. Mostly the expatriates in UAE that are already the residents are only 1 percent but the ratio of foreigners is more than 90 percent. People are likely to come, work, earn and then go back as becoming a UAE national is not that easy. An Expatriate in UAE is basically not that wealthy person and hasn’t got enough money to live a luxurious life as compared to the UAE nationals. He comes from a very different background as that person is an immigrant and comes in search of employment and only UAE is one of those areas which has a welcoming environment that the outsiders enjoy. Even females get fascinated and learn judo. Nepalese are famous for their truthfulness; they are very reliable and can be the best guards so that is why they are welcomed as Expatriates in UAE.
